Hi, we’re Jacob and Lara. San Diego locals, parents of four, and your real estate team at Metropolitan Realty.

Lara is the Broker and operational backbone of our company. Her eye for detail, contract expertise, and calm leadership help keep deals smooth and clients confident. Jacob is the front-facing REALTOR®, negotiator, and relationship builder. He’s the one showing homes, answering late-night texts, and guiding you through the tough decisions with wisdom and care.
